Job summary

Tufin in Boston seeks a Senior Manager of Enterprise Business Systems to architect and coach our applications strategy powering GTM, finance, procurement, and quality operations.

You will lead a global team of analysts, admins, and developers through the full lifecycle of enterprise applications and align systems with enterprise goals, driving automation and AI-enabled workflows to boost operational velocity.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Enterprise Business Systems, Revenue Operations, IT Applications, or Business Technology within SaaS or complex enterprise environments.
• Proven experience leading the implementation, configuration, development, and support of complex enterprise platforms (e.g., Salesforce, CPQ, ERP, Atlassian).
• 4+ years of people management experience, including direct reports, performance management, and team development.
• Demonstrated success leading large, matrixed, cross-functional initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the enterprise business systems strategy and multi-year roadmap, aligning GTM, finance, and quality systems with company objectives.
• Architect scalable, secure, and compliant ecosystems that support growth and global operations.
• Champion automation and AI-enabled workflows to reduce manual effort and improve velocity.
• Orchestrate integrations across Salesforce, Salesforce CPQ, NetSuite, Jira, and other systems for seamless data flow and end-to-end visibility.
• Partner with analytics and data teams to optimize systems for reporting and data warehousing.
