Apptegy is seeking a Senior Manager of Business Systems to unify our enterprise stack across IT, Revenue Systems, and cross-functional teams. You will partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, CX, and Security to align technology investments with business goals while building scalable data architectures and robust integrations.

You’ll lead a team of systems analysts and IT specialists, mentor staff, and drive the roadmap, ensuring tools and workflows meet evolving business needs in a fast-growth

Qualifications

• 6+ years of progressive experience in business systems or enterprise technology with leadership of technical ICs.
• Architecture & data integration depth with multi-system data flows and APIs.
• Hands-on technical operator capable of architecture and configuration work with executives.
• Exceptional business partnering with Sales, RevOps, Finance, and CX.
• AI and automation mindset to streamline workflows and boost velocity.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leadership across GTM, Finance, Security, and Engineering to align IT investments with business goals.
• Own and drive Apptegy's enterprise systems roadmap and reduce silos across IT, Revenue Systems, and Engineering.
• Architect data flows, APIs, and integrations across CRMs, marketing automation, and data warehouses.
• Mentor and develop a team of analysts, admins, and IT professionals while delivering hands-on architectural work.
