General Matter, Inc. is seeking a senior leader to own the business-systems stack (ERP, MES, QMS, WMS, PLM/PDM, procurement, and finance).

You will set the strategy, drive platform selection, and build a team to execute in a regulated environment with a licensing calendar. You will partner across Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and Finance to ensure data governance, security, and auditable change management.

Formación

• 10+ years in enterprise or business systems with multi-system ownership.
• Experience owning platform selection end to end, from requirements to implementation.
• Experience building and leading a team with defined roles and standards.
• Technical fluency across ERP, MES, QMS, PLM/PDM, WMS, HRIS, and procurement.
• Strong understanding of processes across manufacturing, supply chain, quality, engineering data, and finance.
• Experience with data governance and system-of-record concepts in multi-system landscapes.
• Experience operating in regulated environments with auditable change management and export controls.
• Ability to present portfolio decisions with clear recommendations to executives.

Responsabilidades

• Own the enterprise-systems strategy and multi-year roadmap across ERP, MES, QMS, and more.
• Lead platform selection with program manager and architect, including vendor evaluation and commercial terms.
• Define data governance and system-of-record decisions for data domains.
• Decide hosting and data flow across environments with regulatory considerations like export controls.
• Build and lead the team, defining roles and standards for product, program mgmt, and engineering.
• Deliver required systems with Quality, Regulatory, and Configuration Management capabilities.
• Report portfolio status, risks, and options to leadership on a cadence.
• Lead interim systems and internal tooling until the commercial platform is ready.
