Job summary

Ursa Major Technologies seeks a Director of Enterprise Systems & Software to lead the strategic technology program across core enterprise platforms, including PLM, ERP, MES, and data/BI. The role reports to the Head of Digital Operations and builds a high-performing team of SMEs, software engineers, and integration leads.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive technical leadership in enterprise systems architecture, software engineering, or IT/Digital Operations.
• At least 4+ years in director-level management roles.
• Domain experience in aerospace/defense or high-complexity discrete manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Establish centralized ownership for all enterprise platforms and provide dedicated SME ownership.
• Absorb, integrate, and govern critical enterprise tools (HighQA, Jama, Ignition, Atlassian).
• Define boundaries and data authority across PLM, ERP, MES to reduce data friction.
