Job summary

Fluidstack seeks an ERP/PLM lead to extend NetSuite as the system of record for supply chain and manufacturing, and to stand up Siemens Teamcenter as our PLM, integrating ERP with procurement, MES, and forecasting models.

You will own end-to-end ERP/MRP deployments for hardware products, drive data migration and go-live, maintain data quality, and partner with supply chain and finance to enable fast, data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• Led an end-to-end ERP or MRP deployment for a product-focused company.
• Implemented or expanded NetSuite as system of record.
• Deployed a PLM integration between ERP and PLM (BOM handoff).
• Experience with data migration and go-live planning.
• Ability to explain system trades to leadership.

Responsibilities

• Extend NetSuite from finance into the system of record for supply chain and manufacturing.
• Stand up Siemens Teamcenter as our PLM, and build the eBOM to mBOM handoff, engineering change flow, and part master that connect it to the ERP.
• Integrate ERP and PLM with the tools around them: Zip for procurement, MES on the manufacturing floor, and the models that forecast lead times and demand.
• Run data migration and go-live for each system on a timeline set by the build, not by the implementation partner.
• Own every system after launch: keep the data clean, fix what breaks, and ship the next release before the team outgrows the last one.
