Job summary

LayerZero Power Systems, Inc. is seeking a Master Data Manager to own governance, quality, and systems administration across item, vendor, customer, and GL master data.

You will oversee Profisee as the platform owner, manage data-quality KPIs, and coordinate with engineering, procurement, sales, and finance to ensure consistency across ERP systems. You will define standards, drive process adoption, and partner with IT leadership on the data roadmap while maintaining documentation and training

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in master data management, data governance, or a related data or systems role.
• Hands-on administration experience with an MDM platform (Profisee strongly preferred).
• Working knowledge of ERP master data structures: item, BOM, vendor, customer, GL.
• Proficiency with SQL and ability to work with relational data.
• Ability to drive standards and process adoption across departments without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the master data governance framework, naming conventions, and field standards across item, vendor, customer, and GL records.
• Establish a formal RACI for each domain and manage intake/approval workflows for new records.
• Administer Profisee including user access, environment configuration, and integrations with Dynamics 365 BC.
• Build match-merge rules, survivorship logic, and data models for all domains; own ERP-to-MDM integration patterns.
• Coordinate cross-functional training and provide tier-2+ support for master data and Profisee issues.
