Ursa Major is seeking a Director of Enterprise Systems & Software to own governance across PLM, ERP, MES, and data platforms as the company scales from 380 to 500+ employees. You will lead SMEs, migrate ERP to public-company readiness, and build a Digital Twin foundation across ISA-95 levels, connecting design, planning, shop-floor execution, and engine test data.

Lead the internal software and integration teams, partner with finance for capitalization, and guide cross-site digital

Qualificações

• 10+ years of progressive technical leadership in enterprise systems architecture, software engineering, or IT/Digital Operations.
• Experience across PLM, ERP, MES, and domain tools with roadmaps for modern enterprise platforms.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive public-company readiness for ERP/financial systems.

Responsabilidades

• Establish centralized ownership for core enterprise platforms and governance across ESS.
• Absorb and govern critical enterprise tools to create single-point accountability for software.
• Define data authority across PLM, ERP, MES, and SCADA to reduce data friction and audit risk.
• Develop strategic technical roadmap to connect design, materials planning, shop-floor execution, and engine test data into a Digital Twin by EOY 2027.
• Oversee ERP ecosystem (Odoo) transformation and align inventory, WIP, costing, and financial reporting for public-company standards.
