Job summary

General Matter, Inc. is seeking a senior leader to own the enterprise systems landscape. You will drive the strategy and multi-year roadmap for ERP, MES, QMS, WMS, CRM, HRIS, PLM/PDM, procurement, and finance across a regulated environment.

You will oversee platform selection, data governance, and hosting decisions, building and guiding a cross-functional team while ensuring compliance with export controls and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in enterprise or business systems with multi-system portfolio ownership.
• Experience owning platform selection end to end, from requirements and vendor evaluation through terms and implementation.
• Experience building and leading a team, including defining roles, hiring, and documentation standards.
• Technical fluency across ERP, MES, QMS, PLM/PDM, WMS, HRIS and procurement to lead decisions.
• Experience with data governance and master data management across a multi-system landscape.
• Experience operating in a regulated environment, including export control considerations.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Own the enterprise systems strategy and the multi-year roadmap across ERP, MES, QMS, WMS, CRM, HRIS, PLM/PDM, procurement, finance.
• Lead platform selection with the program manager and architect, vendor evaluation, and fit-gap analysis.
• Set data governance rules across the portfolio and data-domain system-of-record decisions.
• Decide hosting and data-flow across environments with regard to data sensitivity, legal and export controls.
• Build and lead the team across product, program management, engineering, analysis, and administration.
• Deliver compliant systems with Quality, Regulatory, and Configuration Management.
• Report portfolio status, risk, and options to leadership and stakeholders.
• Lead interim systems and internal tooling before a commercial platform covers capability.
