Job Summary

The Workday Developer manages a portfolio of financial and HCM applications, integrations, and reports primarily on the Workday cloud ERP platform. Must have experience with ERP implementations, especially Workday Finance and HCM modules, and a strong focus on quality, security, and detail.

Essential Job Functions

• Gather and convert business requirements into technical specifications, including report creation and analysis.
• Manage and build reports, conduct data analysis, and troubleshoot issues.
• Configure and support Workday Finance, Projects, Timekeeping, or Payroll modules.
• Maintain data integrity during transformations and transmissions.
• Support prototypes, demonstrations, and bi-annual upgrades.
• Act as the primary support contact with Workday Support.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of business analysis or financial reporting experience.
• Workday Pro certification preferred.
• Background in finance, ERP, or Workday Financials.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• Experience with Workday modules like Customers, Projects, Payroll, or Timekeeping.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience with Data Quality, Data Transformation, and integrations like VNDLY, Adaptive Planning, and third-party SaaS platforms such as Salesforce.
• Knowledge of Workday technologies like Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB) and Report Writer.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and work proactively.
