Job Summary: The Workday Developer manages a portfolio of financial and HCM applications on the Workday cloud ERP platform. The role requires experience in ERP implementations, especially Workday Finance and HCM modules, with a strong focus on quality, security, and attention to detail.

Essential Job Functions:

• Gather and translate business requirements into technical specifications, including report creation and data analysis.
• Manage and build reports, conduct data analysis, and perform root cause analysis for issues.
• Configure and support Workday Finance and other modules such as Projects, Timekeeping, or Payroll.
• Maintain data integrity during transformations and transmissions.
• Support prototypes, demonstrations, and bi-annual upgrades.
• Act as the primary support contact with Workday Support.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of business analysis or financial reporting experience.
• Workday Pro certification preferred.
• Background in finance, ERP, or Workday Financials.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• Experience with Workday Finance modules and integrations, including Prism Analytics and VNDLY.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and a proactive approach.
