If you're passionate about enhancing business processes through modern development tools and want to be part of a collaborative, forward-thinking team—this is your opportunity to join Information Technology Services (ITS) as a Workday Extend Developer I.
Develop, modify, and maintain applications using Workday Extend tools, supporting enterprise functions such as HR, Finance, Payroll, and Enrollment Services.
Support daily operations by troubleshooting application issues, tracking requests in Jira, and communicating updates to users and team members.
Collaborate with functional and technical staff across campus to design, develop, and promote new applications and improvements in Workday.
Participate in feature release evaluations, change management processes, and user consultations to align development with evolving university needs.
Contribute to strategy and planning by identifying process efficiencies and delivering well-documented, scalable solutions.
You’ll work closely with colleagues across Information Technology Services and partner units, building trusted relationships and developing solutions that extend the capabilities of Iowa State's Workday ecosystem.
Position Type: Full-time, Professional and Scientific.
Location: Remote in Iowa. Candidates must reside in the state of Iowa.
Residency Requirement: Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. on an ongoing basis without sponsorship.
