Job Summary

The Workday Developer manages a broad portfolio of financial and HCM applications, integrations, and reports primarily through the Workday cloud ERP platform. The role requires strong financials and HCM experience in ERP implementations, with at least one Workday Finance and HCM implementation, and skills in the Workday toolset, while maintaining a focus on quality, security, and attention to detail.

Essential Job Functions

• Gather business requirements and convert them into technical specifications, including report creation and analysis.
• Manage and build reports; conduct data analysis.
• Perform root cause analysis for break/fix issues.
• Configure and support Workday Finance and other modules such as Projects, Timekeeping, or Payroll.
• Maintain data integrity during transformations and transmissions.
• Support prototypes and demonstrations of new functionality.
• Assist with bi-annual upgrade processes.
• Act as the primary support contact with Workday Support, managing communications.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in business analysis, financial reporting, or related fields.
• Workday Pro certification preferred.
• Background in finance, ERP, or Workday Financials strongly preferred.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• Experience with Workday Finance modules and integrations (e.g., VNDLY, Adaptive Planning, Salesforce, Boomi).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience with Data Quality, Data Transformation, and Workday Prism Analytics.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work proactively.
• Technical expertise in Workday technologies such as EIB and Report Writer.
