Job summary

LeeSar (LeeSar, Inc.) in Fort Myers, FL, is seeking an Enterprise Support Specialist II to maintain and optimize enterprise applications including Oracle Fusion ERP, Oracle Cloud WMS, and integrated business systems that support healthcare operations. You will work with IT and business teams to ensure reliable, scalable systems.

The role emphasizes experience with Oracle platforms, SQL, REST APIs, and enterprise integrations, with opportunities to mentor Tier I staff and help drive improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3–5 years supporting enterprise applications (or 5–7 years in lieu of a degree).
• Experience with Oracle Fusion, Oracle Cloud, or similar ERP platforms.
• Strong SQL and REST API experience.
• Knowledge of enterprise integrations and system troubleshooting.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Strong communication skills with both technical and business teams.
• Healthcare or supply‑chain technology experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Providing Tier II support for enterprise applications.

What You’ll Do

As an Enterprise Support Specialist II, you’ll serve as a key member of our Information Systems team by:

• Providing Tier II support for enterprise applications
• Troubleshooting complex application and integration issues
• Supporting Oracle Fusion, Oracle Cloud WMS, APIs, and enterprise system integrations
• Leading quarterly patching, regression testing, and release management activities
• Collaborating with vendors and internal stakeholders to improve system performance
• Developing documentation, training materials, and standard operating procedures
• Mentoring Tier I Support Specialists while helping drive continuous improvement initiatives
• Supporting mission‑critical business applications that enable healthcare operations every day

The role includes troubleshooting, application support, integration maintenance, release management, user training, and participation in an on‑call rotation as needed.
