Job summary

LeeSar and CSF is seeking an Accounts Receivable Analyst to own complex receivables, interpret contracts, and ensure rebates, fees, and incentives are accurately calculated and collected. You’ll connect what contracts authorize with what’s earned and paid.

The role focuses on AR fundamentals, financial analysis, and collaboration with Finance, Contracting, and Internal Audit to improve accuracy and contract compliance. On-site childcare and health benefits are included.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
• Proven experience (5 years) in accounts receivable or similar finance role, preferably in healthcare or GPO environment.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Oracle, SAP) and Excel for data entry, analysis, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage billing, collections, cash application, account reconciliations, and aging of receivables.
• Review and interpret contracts to understand rebates, administrative fees, volume incentives, and other financial terms.
• Analyze purchasing and financial data to determine expected payments.
• Compare expected revenue against vendor reporting and actual payments.
• Investigate discrepancies, underpayments, unapplied cash, and outstanding balances.
• Proactively work to recover amounts owed to the organization.
• Perform general ledger and accounts receivable reconciliations.
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close activities.
• Work with large data sets to identify errors, trends, and opportunities for improvement.
• Partner with Finance, Contracting, Internal Audit, and other business teams to improve financial accuracy and contract compliance.

Are you an Accounts Receivable professional who enjoys digging deeper than invoices and collections?

LeeSar and CSF is looking for an Accounts Receivable Analyst who can combine strong AR fundamentals with financial analysis and contract interpretation. • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Oracle, SAP, or similar application) and Microsoft Excel for data entry, analysis, and reporting.
• Strong understanding of accounts receivable principles, billing procedures, and collection techniques.
