Job summary

LeeSar, Inc. in Fort Myers, FL is hiring a Full-Time Truck Driver with a Class A CDL to transport products between LeeSar sites, hospitals, and medical offices. You will follow scheduled routes, complete deliveries, load and secure materials, and maintain accurate delivery records.

Applicants should have a valid Florida CDL, at least one year of driving experience, and the ability to pass DOT medical certification. Healthcare/logistics experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A Florida CDL.
• Minimum of one (1) year of verifiable driving experience.
• Clean driving record and ability to be insured as a company driver.
• Ability to pass and maintain DOT medical certification.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English for work-related communication.
• Preferred: High School Diploma or GED.
• Experience in healthcare, logistics, or regulated delivery environments.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a company-owned Class A vehicle to transport products between LeeSar locations, hospitals, medical offices, and other assigned destinations.
• Complete scheduled and emergency deliveries following established routes or updated instructions.
• Load, secure, and transport materials to prevent damage or loss.
• Maintain accurate delivery, pickup, and route documentation.
• Communicate route issues, delivery challenges, or safety concerns with supervisors.
• Assist other drivers or couriers as requested.
• Participate in required meetings and training programs.
• Identify opportunities to improve routing efficiency, fuel usage, and service quality.

What You’ll Do

Transportation & Delivery Operations

• Safely operate a company-owned Class A vehicle to transport products between LeeSar locations, hospitals, medical offices, and other assigned destinations
• Complete scheduled and emergency deliveries following established routes or updated instructions
• Load, secure, and transport materials to prevent damage or loss
• Maintain accurate delivery, pickup, and route documentation

Vehicle Safety & Compliance

• Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections using the Samsara system
• Report mechanical or safety concerns promptly to Fleet Operations leadership
• Follow all DOT regulations, company safety policies, and operational procedures
• Maintain required certifications for material handling and equipment operation

Customer Service & Professional Conduct

• Represent LeeSar in a professional, courteous, and customer-focused manner at all delivery locations
• Maintain appropriate appearance, including company-issued uniforms
• Protect confidentiality of transported materials, records, and information

Teamwork & Continuous Improvement

• Communicate route issues, delivery challenges, or safety concerns with supervisors
• Assist other drivers or couriers as requested
• Participate in required meetings and training programs
• Identify opportunities to improve routing efficiency, fuel usage, and service quality

Shift: Full-Time: Sunday -Thursday. Sunday Hours: 4:00PM to 12:00AM or until all deliveries are completed. Monday -Thursday 6:00PM to 2:00AM until all deliveries are completed.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

• Valid Class A Florida Commercial Driver’s License (CDL)
• Minimum of one (1) year of verifiable driving experience
