Job summary

LeeSar/CSF in Fort Myers, FL is seeking an Enterprise Support Specialist II to join our Information Systems team. You will provide Tier II support for Oracle Fusion ERP, Oracle Cloud WMS, and related integrations, troubleshoot complex issues, and help manage patches, releases, and documentation.

You’ll collaborate with vendors and business leaders, mentor Tier I staff, and contribute to process improvements while balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced healthcare supply chain environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3–5 years supporting enterprise applications, or 5–7 years in lieu of a degree.
• Experience with Oracle Fusion, Oracle Cloud, or similar ERP platforms.
• Strong SQL and REST API experience; knowledge of enterprise integrations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; strong communication with technical and business teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier II support for enterprise applications and integrations.
• Troubleshoot complex application and integration issues across systems.
• Lead patching, regression testing, and release management activities.
• Collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders to improve performance.
• Develop documentation, training materials, and standard operating procedures.
• Mentor Tier I Support Specialists and participate in on-call rotations.
