Job summary

Intuit seeks an experienced Implementation Expert to join its Customer Success team and drive rapid time-to-value for the Intuit Enterprise Suite (IES). You will guide complex multi-entity customers through setup, configuration, data migration, and integration to maximize adoption.

The role requires deep accounting knowledge, 5+ years in software implementation or consulting, and strong communication to train clients and coordinate across internal teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Admin, or related field; active tax credential preferred.
• Min 30 hours per week, five days (Mon–Fri).
• QuickBooks certification(s) preferred.
• 5+ years in software implementation or consulting with financial software.
• Advanced knowledge of Intuit Enterprise Suite (IES).
• Familiarity with QuickBooks Desktop is desirable.
• Expertise in QuickBooks Online, Payroll, and Payments.
• Strong accounting principles; 3+ years with multi-entity companies.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects and multiple engagements.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Client consultation and needs assessment to tailor and optimize IES setup.
• IES implementation and configuration including core accounting, payroll, and payments; data migration and integration.
• Implementation project management across multiple complex engagements.
• Product expertise and training on IES features, tools, and reporting.
• Multi-entity accounting specialization for consolidated entities.
• Issue resolution with internal teams to ensure onboarding success.
• Best practices and customization of reports and dashboards.
• Capture and relay customer feedback to product and engineering.
• Proactively source solutions and workarounds when needed.
