Job summary

Intuit, Inc. seeks an experienced Implementation Expert to guide enterprise customers through the setup, configuration, and integration of the Intuit Enterprise Suite (IES). You will drive onboarding, data migration, and system optimization for complex multi-entity environments.

You will collaborate with product support and services teams, deliver hands-on training, and ensure rapid time-to-value and high product adoption across a growing IES customer base.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or active tax credential required.
• Min of 30 hours per week, 5 days a week (Mon-Fri).
• 5+ years of software implementation or consulting in financial software.
• Strong understanding of Intuit Enterprise Suite (IES) and multi‑entity accounting.
• QuickBooks certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Consult with IES customers to assess business needs and tailor setup.
• Lead end-to-end implementation including core accounting, payroll and payments.
• Manage multiple complex implementations and drive timely adoption.
• Provide expert guidance and hands-on training on IES features and reporting.
• Assist with multi-entity configuration for accurate consolidated reporting.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and ensure onboarding success.
