Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a listed field or 4 years of relevant experience.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in strategic operations or enterprise transformation.
• 5+ years of leading cross-functional initiatives with senior stakeholders.
• Ability to lead without direct authority in a matrixed organization.
• Translate ambiguous priorities into clear plans, milestones, and governance structures.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• High emotional intelligence and ability to build trust with stakeholders.
• Excellent written, verbal, facilitation, and presentation skills with executives.
• Experience developing lessons-learned or continuous-improvement practices.
• Experience adopting new tools, behaviors, and ways of working across organizations.
• Ability to work independently with sound judgment and confidentiality.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Project.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a senior strategic execution leader translating priorities into actionable plans, milestones, governance, and outcomes.
• Support implementation of strategic operating priorities emphasizing portfolio management and program execution excellence.
• Diagnose barriers delaying execution of strategic priorities across the enterprise.
• Lead or coordinate cross-functional transformation initiatives with matrixed teams.
• Translate executive direction into implementation actions defining ownership and cadence.
• Influence adoption of new practices and expectations across senior leaders.
• Operate effectively in ambiguous, evolving environments with practical recommendations.
• Identify barriers to execution and propose interventions for better governance and benefits realization.
• Develop repeatable tools, templates, charters, dashboards, and lessons-learned mechanisms.
