Job summary

Leidos seeks a Solution Manager to lead solution management across multiple Product Teams and Agile Release Trains, shaping the vision, roadmap, and delivery priorities. You will interface with business stakeholders, program leadership, architecture, engineering, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure coordinated execution across infrastructure, application, and cybersecurity domains.

You will oversee planning, execution, and operational transition of complex network services and infrastructure

Qualifications

Requires a BS degree and 8–12 years of relevant experience or MS with 6–10 years in IT/engineering.
8+ years in IT infrastructure, network services, or related tech delivery.
U.S. Citizenship and active Secret Clearance required.
Experience planning and delivering IT services for large organizations.

Responsibilities

Lead solution management across multiple product teams and agile trains, defining vision, roadmap, and backlogs.
Plan, execute, deliver, and transition complex enterprise network services and infrastructure solutions.
Translate requirements into operational plans, user stories, backlogs, and delivery commitments.
Support PI planning, solution demos, status reporting, and executive communications.
Ensure scope, schedule, budget, risks, and performance metrics across orders.
Coordinate with stakeholders, subcontractors, and vendors for aligned delivery.
