The role strengthens operating discipline, performance visibility, and cross-functional accountability across Customer Success, Implementation, Support, Access, and Advisory Services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, finance, engineering, healthcare administration, or related field.
• 10+ years in business operations, SaaS or customer operations and transformation.
• 5+ years leading senior-level teams, enterprise programs, or complex cross-functional transformations.

Responsibilities

• Translate strategy into integrated operating priorities and initiatives.
• Develop KPI framework, dashboards, and governance linking performance to revenue and margins.
• Lead operating cadences and transformation reviews to surface gaps and drive accountability.
• Improve end-to-end customer lifecycle by reducing cross-functional friction.
• Advance systems roadmap, data governance, automation, and AI capabilities across platforms.
