Busey Bank is seeking a Strategy Manager to partner with the CSO and COO, translating strategic objectives into actionable plans and measurable results. This role demands rigorous analyses, executive-ready materials, and influence across the organization.

You will coordinate enterprise strategy, performance reviews and select initiatives, delivering insights and actionable recommendations to leadership while upholding the bank's standards and governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, business administration or related field.
• 5+ years of progressively responsible corporate strategy, financial planning/analysis or related experience.
• Strong financial modeling, strategic planning, and executive-ready communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate and manage annual and multi-year strategic planning across lines and functions.
• Develop executive-ready materials, dashboards and scorecards linking plans to progress.
• Analyze profitability, growth and performance across regions and initiatives.
• Assist in design and execution of incentive plans and operating models.
• Translate complex data into concise recommendations for leadership.
