Qualifications

• 8+ years in strategy, transformation, or enterprise execution roles within large, complex organizations.
• Experience supporting large-scale technology, infrastructure, or cloud organizations.
• Strong executive communication, synthesis, and storytelling for Board- and ELT-level materials.
• Ability to translate complex strategy, priorities, and results into a cohesive enterprise storyline.
• Proven ability to influence senior leaders without formal authority.
• Expertise in framing decisions with risks, constraints, and trade-offs.
• Leadership alignment and facilitation capabilities.
• Comfort operating across matrixed business and technology environments, including ambiguity.
• Experience with executive governance routines or leadership operating models.
• Trusted advisor mindset with structured problem solving for senior leaders.
• Strong cross-functional partnership across business, technology, risk, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Shape executive narratives, pre-reads, and decision memos for ELT and Board-level forums.
• Translate strategy, priorities, and progress into a clear, consistent enterprise storyline.
• Drive leadership alignment on priorities, trade-offs, risks, and outcomes.
• Frame decision options, constraints, and recommendations to improve decision quality.
• Establish and sustain executive operating cadences and governance routines.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, removing blockers and clarifying direction.
• Play a critical part in ensuring leaders have the clarity, alignment, and insight needed to move the enterprise forward.
