This newly created, high-visibility role connects long-term strategy with financial performance and operational execution. The ideal candidate has 10+ years in strategic planning, with experience leading enterprise-wide planning and influencing senior executives.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in strategic planning or related fields.
• Experience leading enterprise-wide planning initiatives.
• Strong financial and analytical acumen.
• MBA or advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the enterprise strategic planning process linking long-term strategy to annual and operational plans.
• Partner with Finance, Product, Risk and others to align priorities with budgets, forecasts, profitability, and objectives.
• Support multi-year planning, scenario analysis, risk assessment, and OKRs frameworks.
• Facilitate executive discussions and strategy workshops to evaluate opportunities and drive alignment.
• Influence and coach senior leaders to strengthen planning capabilities and cross-functional execution.
• Translate complex financial, operational, and market data into actionable recommendations and improvements.
• Identify strategic opportunities, secure executive alignment, and drive initiatives from planning to execution.
