Job summary

Lenovo in Morrisville, NC is seeking a Storage Technical Support Specialist to join the Customer Engagement Center (CEC) Support Team. You will provide advanced technical support for Lenovo ThinkSystem DM Series, DE Series, NetApp ONTAP, SAN, NAS, and enterprise storage solutions.

You will diagnose complex storage problems, manage customer cases, and collaborate with engineering and service teams to deliver timely resolutions in a 24x7 environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of enterprise storage technical support or related role.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish to help with customer collaboration.
• Hands-on experience with Lenovo ThinkSystem DM/DE Series storage platforms and NetApp ONTAP.
• Experience with storage networking including SAN/NAS/DAS and NVMe-based technologies.
• Ability to manage complex technical issues independently in a distributed environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced technical support for Lenovo ThinkSystem DM/DE Series storage solutions.
• Provide technical support for NetApp ONTAP-based storage environments.
• Troubleshoot storage hardware, software, configuration, connectivity, and performance issues.
• Analyze logs, diagnostics, and configuration data to identify root causes and craft action plans.
• Own customer cases through troubleshooting, escalation, resolution, and timely communication.
