The Enterprise Staffing Manager supports internal talent deployment by monitoring workforce demand, talent availability, utilization, skills, and staffing risks. This role partners with business leaders and key stakeholders to facilitate staffing decisions, resolve workforce challenges, advance internal talent mobility, and support effective workforce deployment. The Enterprise Staffing Manager helps ensure staffing needs are proactively addressed, risks are escalated, and staffing actions are tracked through resolution.
Bachelor’s Degree; Four (4) years additional professional experience may be substituted in lieu of degree. 4+ years of experience in staffing, resource management, talent operations, sales, recruiting operations, talent operations, or a related field
The annual salary range for this position is $85,000.00-$141,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
