Job summary

Amentum is seeking an Enterprise Maintenance and Control Supervisor to support the Space Force Range contract. This role leads the Enterprise Maintenance Control Center, guiding a team across both Eastern and Western Range locations and coordinating maintenance with launch operations.

The position requires leadership, maintenance management experience, and the ability to drive reliability-centered maintenance while ensuring timely data and coordination with Range Managers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in technical, engineering, or management discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5+ years of experience working in a maintenance environment.
• Supervisory or management experience preferred.
• Experience developing and maintaining procedures and work instructions.
• Range Operations and Maintenance (O&M) experience, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead Enterprise Maintenance Control Center (E-MxCC) Department activities.
• Guide team members in understanding company vision and principles and work with other department managers on maintenance planning and execution.
• Lead the E-MxCC enterprise team across Eastern and Western Range locations, including remote instrumentation sites.
• Support and lead all maintenance functions and implement online scheduled maintenance activity within timelines.
• Provide directions to technical workforce for Level 1 and Level II maintenance actions by priority and schedule.
• Oversee reliability centered maintenance and maintenance planning for subsystems to minimize operational impact.
• Manage real-time scheduling decisions when mission changes allow maintenance activities.
• Lead and manage unscheduled/depot level maintenance actions through system restoral.
• Prepare for prelaunch, launch and post-launch meetings and coordinate event actions.
