Job summary

Bluebeam seeks a Solutions Manager to own the system functionality of their area, acting as the primary bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams to design, implement, and optimize integrated solutions that enable revenue, operations, and customer-facing outcomes.

You will lead discovery, solution design, and project delivery for enhancements and new systems, ensuring data integrity and alignment with enterprise architecture and strategy.

Qualifications

• Mid-level experience in business systems, business analysis, solution management, platform administration, operations enablement, or a related field.
• Strong blend of technical, analytical, and people skills with emphasis on business-process thinking, project delivery, and leadership.
• Ability to elicit, document, and prioritize requirements, translate business problems into system capabilities, and map processes across functions.

Responsibilities

• Owns the overarching system functionality and capabilities of their area, partnering with stakeholders to drive adoption.
• Collaborates with Systems Specialists to evaluate feasibility and design scalable workflows.
• Leads roadmap development and backlog management, communicates strategy to leadership.
• Documents business requirements for system access, data visibility, and role-based workflows.
• Supports light system configuration and basic administrative activities when appropriate.
• Manages feature releases by coordinating UAT and sign-offs, escalating readiness concerns.
