Job summary

Pensacola State College is seeking an Assistant Director of Enterprise Solutions to provide direction for Enterprise Solutions services across the College. The role involves coordinating analysis, design, programming, and documentation to integrate new solutions into the Workday ERP, while supervising staff and reporting to the Director of Enterprise Solutions.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least two years of Workday experience, with strong problem-solving

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, systems science, system design, software engineering, or related field.
Two years of experience with Workday HCM, Financials, or Student.
Experience providing advanced system support and troubleshooting complex issues with stakeholders.
Strong understanding of data structures, reporting, and system workflows.

Responsibilities

Communicate hardware, software, and training needs to the Director of Enterprise Solutions.
Coordinate analysis, design, programming, and documentation to integrate new solutions into the Workday ERP.
Supervise assigned staff.
Report to the Director of Enterprise Solutions.
