Job summary

CLA is seeking a Lead ERP Engineer to join our Information Technology team in Naples, FL. The role focuses on configuring and supporting ERP applications, including Workday, with emphasis on integrations, enhancements and data integrity.

You will lead technical resources, coordinate with multiple teams, and ensure timely delivery of changes, patches and system improvements while maintaining security and service levels.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years IT experience designing, implementing, or leading ERP, HRIS, financial reporting systems.
• Bachelor's degree or a combination of relevant experience and training may be considered in lieu of a degree.
• Experience planning, facilitating, documenting and managing business, functional and technical requirements.
• Experienced in Workday configuration, integration and reporting.
• Has a natural customer service approach to interactions with internal clients at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Configure and integrate ERP systems with other applications and custom solutions.
• Provide technical solutions on ERP configuration and new functionality related to ERP.
• Lead intake and distribution of integration and specialty application service requests across multiple teams.
• Coordinate validation of vendor patches and upgrades to the ERP environment.
• Lead training initiatives by analyzing performance and training needs and recommending solutions.
