Job summary
Pensacola State College seeks an Assistant Director, Enterprise Solutions to guide enterprise initiatives across campus. You will align hardware, software, and training needs with the Director and oversee project delivery in Workday ERP integrations.
You'll coordinate analysis, design, programming, and documentation, ensuring smooth operations while supervising staff and partnering with stakeholders to deliver reliable, scalable solutions for the College community.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in CS, systems science, software engineering, or related field.
- At least two years of Workday HCM, Financials, or Student experience.
- Strong understanding of data structures, reporting, and system workflows.
- Background checks: criminal, FDLE clearance per Florida statute.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative direction for Enterprise Solutions across the College.
- Coordinate analysis, design, programming, and documentation to integrate solutions into Workday ERP.
- Communicate hardware, software, and training needs to the Director, Enterprise Solutions.
- Supervise assigned staff.
