Job summary

Sun Communities is seeking a Solutions Delivery Lead to partner with business and technology teams, shaping enterprise solutions that improve processes, enable automation, and support measurable outcomes. You will drive early-stage discovery, validate ideas with prototypes, and maintain alignment across stakeholders.

You will manage multiple initiatives, apply AI thoughtfully, and guide concepts from discovery through adoption while ensuring governance and outcomes that matter to the business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, CS, Engineering, or related field is required.
• MBA or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted partnerships with business leaders to understand goals and opportunities for improvement.
• Lead early-stage solution discovery including requirements distillation and initial delivery structure.
• Apply a consultative approach blending project delivery, business analysis, and technical expertise to recommend practical solutions.
• Assess processes and systems to identify opportunities to simplify work, automate, and improve efficiency with AI where appropriate.
• Translate objectives into clear requirements, process designs, prototypes, and roadmaps.
• Coordinate with Product Owners, Systems Managers, Development, QA, and stakeholders to support delivery.
