Job summary

TransUnion LLC is seeking an experienced Solutions Consultant to lead onboarding and manage enterprise telecom deployments of Trusted Call Solutions. You will coordinate cross-functional teams and serve as the primary point of contact from contract through launch.

You will translate business requirements into technical workflows, train customers, and provide ongoing operational support while communicating complex concepts clearly to varied audiences.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Account Management, Customer Success, or Project Management with customer-facing responsibilities.
• Experience translating business requirements into technical solutions, use cases, data flows, or implementation plans.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary interface for onboarding and management of Trusted Call Solutions for Enterprise and Telecom customers.
• Serve as single point of contact to manage complex customer-facing projects from contract through launch.
• Develop and execute complex project plans aligning timelines, requirements, and internal resources.
