Job summary

TransUnion is seeking an Advisor, Solutions Consulting to lead onboarding and ongoing success for Trusted Call Solutions with Enterprise and Telecom customers. The role requires coordinating cross-functional teams, translating business needs into technical workflows, and delivering high-value outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in account management, customer success, implementation, or project management roles.
• Experience in project lifecycle management including planning, execution, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
• Experience translating business requirements into technical solutions/use cases/data flows for onboarding and deployment.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
• Knowledge of Telecom, Communications, or SaaS industries is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary interface for onboarding and management of Trusted Call Solutions for Enterprise and Telecom customers.
• Serve as single point of contact to manage complex customer-facing and internal projects from contract through launch.
• Develop and execute project plans aligning timelines, requirements, and resources for successful deployments.
• Translate business requirements into technical use cases and data flows implemented within Trusted Call Solutions.
• Provide onboarding expertise and customer training while communicating technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
• Coordinate issue resolution and escalate concerns to internal teams when needed.
