ElevenLabs is seeking a Solutions Engineer to scale our voice AI platform for enterprise customers. You will collaborate with sales to refine technical demos, architect integrations, and build self-service tools that empower customers to deploy solutions effectively.

You will engage directly with customer technical contacts, craft demonstrations, and create resources to improve sales efficiency and product adoption. Mandarin/English proficiency is a plus as you support a global client base.

Qualifications

• Strong Python programming skills and understanding of software development
• Excellent communication tailored to diverse audiences
• Experience working with customers and translating needs into technical solutions
• Multilingual ability in Mandarin and English is a plus
