Job summary

FMX is seeking a Solutions Engineer to propel revenue growth by providing technical support to Account Executives and Managers during the sales process. You will help determine innovative solutions and spot problems early to add value to FMX products.

You’ll work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, bridging the product team and other departments to ensure customer success and smooth communications during the sales cycle.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Solutions Engineer or similar role.
• Knowledge of software development.
• Experience with building or industrial automation systems.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver technical presentations to customers and prospects.
• Support sales with technical demos involving unique workflows or integrations.
• Partner with sales to plan enterprise presentations.
