Job summary

Bilt is hiring its first Solutions Engineer to anchor Alliances and Enterprise Sales, owning the technical story pre-sale and guiding implementations with partner teams. You’ll travel to partner sites up to 100% and work across discovery, demos, design, and hands-on onboarding to ensure live launches.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Solutions Engineering or related roles in a technical B2B SaaS environment.
• Hands-on experience with API integrations and SFTP configurations.
• Experience owning implementation and onboarding end-to-end.
• Ability to discuss technical topics with partner IT teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical partner to AEs on enterprise deals with large national property management companies.
• Lead technical discovery mapping prospect systems to Bilt APIs.
• Deliver tailored demos and designs translating Bilt into concrete outcomes.
• Own post-sale implementation end to end; gather credentials, configure integrations, drive live launches.
• Build the Solutions Engineering function: playbooks, assets, docs, knowledge base.
• Answer deep integration questions from partner teams with credibility and speed.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to advocate for integration work.
• Travel to partner sites for onboarding and hands-on sessions.
