Job summary

Bilt Rewards is seeking its first Solutions Engineer to join the Alliance and Enterprise Sales team in the United States. You will be the technical counterpart to Account Executives for large national property management companies, owning the technical story pre-sale and guiding implementation.

Expect a mix of discovery, demos, design, and hands-on onboarding, including on-site work with partners. Travel up to 100% and build the engineering function from the ground up.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Solutions Engineering or related roles in technical B2B SaaS.
• Hands-on API integrations, SFTP configurations, and tailored technical solutions.
• Proven ownership of implementation and onboarding, not just post-sale handoff.
• Ability to discuss complex integrations with partner IT teams across systems.
• Strong commercial instincts and ability to advance deals.
• Willingness to travel up to 100% to partner sites.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical partner to Account Executives on enterprise deals.
• Lead technical discovery, map systems to Bilt's API surface, design solutions.
• Deliver tailored demos and designs translating Bilt's platform to outcomes.
• Own end-to-end post-sale implementation, configure integrations and onboarding.
• Build and scale the Solutions Engineering function with playbooks and docs.
• Answer deep integration questions for partner tech teams with credibility.
• Collaborate with Product/Engineering to unblock enterprise partners.
• Travel to partner sites for onboarding and running working sessions.
• Complete RFPs, security reviews, and technical evaluations.
