Middesk is seeking an Enterprise Solutions Engineer to own the technical win on our largest opportunities with banks, fintechs, and regulated platforms. You will act as a trusted advisor, map evaluation committees, and design integration architectures that scale.

Reporting to the Director of Solutions Engineering, you’ll lead proofs of concept, run vendor risk reviews, coordinate with product and security, and build a compelling business case for executive sponsors while ensuring a clean handoff

Competenze

• 6+ years in a pre-sales or customer-facing technical role with enterprise focus
• Proven track record of technical wins with large financial institutions or regulated enterprises
• Experience selling or supporting B2B SaaS with API-first or data-centric integrations at enterprise scale
• Deep fluency with APIs, webhooks, data workflows, and SQL; ability to read and debug integrations
• Experience leading formal proofs of concept and competitive bake-offs
• Experience owning large RFP responses, security reviews, and third-party risk assessments
• Working knowledge of KYB, CIP, BSA/AML, and related compliance domains
• Executive presence; ability to present to C-level sponsors and steering committees
• Ability to manage multiple complex, high-value deals in parallel
• Bias toward action and problem-solving for hard deals
