Job summary

Darktrace, a global leader in AI-driven cybersecurity, seeks a Senior Solutions Engineer to partner with Enterprise customers, sales teams, and partners to drive outcomes. You will lead discovery, design solutions, and present to executives in fast-paced sales cycles.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in customer-facing engineering, cybersecurity experience, and the ability to engage C-level stakeholders; a Bachelor's degree is required. Travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Solutions Engineering or similar customer-facing technical role.
• Experience in cybersecurity, AI, cloud security, networking or related tech.
• Proven ability to engage technical and executive stakeholders, including C-level.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted technical advisor to Enterprise prospects, customers, and partners.
• Lead technical discovery, solution design, demonstrations, and exec presentations.
• Drive technical strategy and influence deal progression to maximize value.
• Scope, lead POV engagements with clear success criteria and measurable outcomes.
• Support complex deployments across on-premises and cloud environments.
• Collaborate with AE, CS, PS, and TAMs to drive customer success.
• Partner with channel resellers and alliance teams to identify opportunities.
• Deliver technical responses to RFPs, RFIs, and security questionnaires.
• Leverage MEDDPICC to qualify opportunities and align solutions to priorities.
