Job description

As an IT Solutions Engineer, you will design, implement, and maintain IT infrastructure and security solutions for our clients. You will work across diverse environments including cloud, on-premises, and hybrid architectures to deliver secure and efficient technology solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement IT infrastructure solutions including servers, networks, and cloud environments
• Deploy and configure security tools including EDR, SIEM, and identity management solutions
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for client environments
• Develop automation scripts and tools to improve operational efficiency
• Create technical documentation and standard operating procedures
• Participate in security assessments and remediation efforts
• Collaborate with SOC and GRC teams on integrated security solutions
• Stay current on emerging technologies and security trends

Qualifications

✓ 3+ years of experience in IT engineering, systems administration, or similar role
✓ Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux server administration
✓ Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
✓ Familiarity with networking concepts, firewalls, and VPNs
✓ Experience with endpoint security solutions and deployment
✓ Scripting skills (PowerShell, Python, or Bash)
✓ Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
✓ Excellent documentation and communication skills
