Job summary

Loop is seeking an Enterprise Delivery strategist within Strategy & Operations to steward value delivered to Enterprise customers through the Protect product. You will obsess over outcomes, optimize time-to-value and engagement, and cross-functionally influence Sales, Product Operations, Product and Customer Success to shape the customer journey.

Qualifications

• Have 8–12 years of experience in an operations role within restaurant, DTC brand, E-commerce, CPG, or hospitality.
• Former Senior Manager or Director of Operations or other senior operational roles with broad charter.
• Strong sales acumen with ability to influence product, project, and strategic outcomes.
• Experience working in-store in a restaurant for 3 months or more.
• Ability to break complex problems into manageable parts and build scalable processes.
• Proficiency in thinking about metrics, funnels and dashboards.
• Demonstrated leadership while also performing IC duties.
• Ability to understand complex customer/business problems and trade off for right outcomes.
• Embodies Loop values of radical ownership, customer obsession, and speed.
• A growth mindset to build and deploy next-gen products at scale.

Responsibilities

• Own key customer value metrics for Loop's Enterprise customers.
• Build playbooks for sales and customer support functions.
• Own internal processes across analytics, product surfaces, content and communications to ensure 10-star value delivery.
• Own internal processes to monitor and improve agentic workflows including evals, system prompts, templates.
• Collaborate with GTM/Customer Success to own implementation and business roadmap considering business and customer needs.
