Job summary

Ivo, a San Francisco-based AI company, is seeking a Solutions Consultant to bridge platform capabilities with enterprise legal teams, guiding evaluations, demos, and tailored solutions.

You will work with Sales, Customer Success, and Product to capture field insights and influence the roadmap, while configuring PoC environments and responding to due diligence.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of experience in a solutions engineering, pre-sales, or solutions consulting role, ideally in B2B SaaS.
• Strong ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences, including senior legal and business stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to run structured discovery conversations and translate business needs into tailored product narratives.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, early-stage environment where processes are still being built.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support compelling, customized product demonstrations for General Counsels, Deputy GCs, legal operations leaders, and other enterprise stakeholders.
• Own the technical side of competitive evaluations, ensuring prospects experience Ivo's accuracy and depth firsthand.
• Develop a deep understanding of each prospect's contract workflows, pain points, and legal stack to design solutions that deliver clear ROI.
• Configure and present proof-of-concept environments tailored to customer use cases, including bespoke workflows, platform configurations, and agentic assistant skills.
• Respond to RFPs, security questionnaires, and technical due diligence requests.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to share insights from the field and influence the product roadmap.
• Contribute to internal enablement — building demo assets, playbooks, and best practice guides as the team scales.
