Job summary

Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking an experienced Solutions Architect Leader to grow and lead a team of Solutions Architects supporting our largest Enterprise customers. You will partner with account teams to drive business outcomes, mentor your team, and develop relationships with technical executives across customer organizations.

In this role you will influence architecture best practices, collaborate with product teams to invent new cloud solutions, and coach your team to share learnings

Qualifications

• 5+ years of management of technical, enterprise customer facing resources or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of infrastructure architecture, database architecture and networking experience.
• Experience architecting/operating solutions built on any cloud service provider like Azure, AWS, GCP, OCI, etc.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of Solutions Architects serving large Enterprise customers.
• Partner with sellers to drive business outcomes and customer success.
• Hire, on-board, train, and develop new Solutions Architects including Principal Solutions Architects.
