Job summary

Leidos in Charleston, SC seeks a Solution Manager to lead solution management across multiple Product Teams and Agile Release Trains, defining vision, backlog, and delivery priorities for enterprise network services. You will coordinate with business stakeholders, customers, architecture, engineering, subcontractors and vendors to ensure aligned execution across cybersecurity, network and data transport.

Qualifications

Requires a B.S. Degree and 8–12 years of prior relevant experience, or a Master's with 6–10 years in IT, CS, or related field.
8+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, network services, enterprise IT delivery, or related technology services.
Must be a US Citizen and possess an active Secret Security Clearance.
Demonstrated experience planning, provisioning, and delivering information technology services for large organizations.
Experience supporting mission-critical, DoD, federal, or government IT programs.

Responsibilities

Translating customer and stakeholder requirements into actionable operational plans, user stories, backlogs, schedules, and delivery commitments.
Lead planning, solution demos, product status reporting, and executive communications while ensuring quality of user stories.
