Job summary

ELB Learning is seeking experienced Training Facilitators to support a large-scale federal enterprise technology implementation. The program will transition approximately 25,000 users to a new Construction Management Platform across more than 1,700 instructor-led training sessions.

Delivery will be primarily virtual, with domestic and international in-person assignments. Onboarding and Train-the-Trainer activities run mid-November 2026, with domestic delivery beginning January 2027 and overseas

Qualifications

• Certification in adult learning or training plus at least 3 years delivering adult training.
• Alternative: 5 years of experience facilitating adult training with measurable results.

Responsibilities

• Deliver instructor-led training virtually and in person to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Teach users how to navigate and effectively use the new enterprise software platform.
• Conduct software demonstrations, hands-on exercises, and guided activities.
• Answer learner questions and troubleshoot issues during training.
• Prepare for each session by reviewing materials and validating the training environment.
• Follow approved facilitator guides and training standards while adapting delivery to the audience.
• Track attendance and support completion and evaluation processes.
• Complete Train-the-Trainer requirements and stay current as the platform evolves.
• Support additional training waves and schedule changes as needed.
• Maintain a high level of platform knowledge to handle unscripted learner questions.
