Qualifications

• Requires a Master’s of Business Administration in Human Resources & Systems.
• 1 year of experience.
• Experience as an Account Manager is acceptable, or any suitable combination of education, training or experience thereof.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the design, development, and integration of enterprise‑level software applications for corporate clients.
• Attend meetings with stakeholders to elicit project requirements and map them to implementation plans.
• Create project plans with scope, schedule, and cost, and track progress through stand‑ups and leadership reviews.
• Identify risks and manage stakeholder communications to prevent conflicts; supervise coding and development activities.
• Design and develop robust, scalable, high‑volume production applications using Java J2EE, Spring Boot, and cloud platforms.
