Job summary

Nuage Designs Inc. is seeking a Business Systems Manager in Miami, FL to own core platforms, manage vendors, and lead technology initiatives. You will coordinate requirements, testing, and go-live readiness, while ensuring data quality and security across systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in information systems, business, supply chain, or related field.
• Strong communication skills and vendor management capabilities.
• Experience coordinating IT projects and changes across platforms.
• Familiarity with ERP or rental management platforms is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own internal system admin for core platforms (rental management, ERP, Google Workspace).
• Manage vendor relationships, contracts, SLAs, renewals, and billing.
• Document requirements, coordinate testing, training, and go-live readiness.
• Oversee onboarding/offboarding and access reviews; ensure security and compliance.
