South Florida State College seeks an experienced administrator to manage enterprise software tools (ERP, HRIS, SIS, CRM, LMS) and ensure end-user security. The role provides customer-centric support, analyzes operational procedures, and maintains access controls across Banner, BDMS, and Degree Works systems.
The position requires collaboration with IT leadership and end-users to optimize processes, reports, and documentation while adhering to college policies and laws.

Bachelor's degree from an institutionally accredited organization in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field and three (3) years of full-time experience related to job functions required.
OR
Information Technology certifications (please list on application) and five (5) years of full-time experience related to job functions required.
OR
Associate degree from an accredited institution in Computer Science, Information technology or related field and five (5) years of full-time experience related to job functions required.
(Any appropriate combination of relevant education, experience, and/or certifications may be considered.)
Professional work experience with one or more of the following preferred: Banner, Oracle, SQL, Argos, or other ERP reporting tool.
