Job summary

Indian River State College (IRSC) seeks a senior ERP technical resource to manage administration, configuration, troubleshooting, and lifecycle support for its enterprise systems and related applications on Florida’s Treasure Coast.

You will collaborate with departments, vendors, and IT teams to ensure reliable ERP operations, implement improvements, and protect institutional data across campuses. Prior experience with ERP platforms in higher education is highly valued.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Development, Business Information Systems, or related field preferred.
Minimum of five (5) years of experience supporting ERP systems, enterprise apps, databases, integrations, or related techs.
Experience with Ellucian Banner, ADP, or comparable ERP in higher education is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide senior-level technical administration, analysis, configuration, troubleshooting, and lifecycle support for ERP systems and related apps.
Lead ERP implementations, upgrades, patches, enhancements, and data migrations.
Analyze complex requirements and translate into secure, reliable technical solutions.
Monitor performance, data quality, security, and system capacity; propose improvements.
